Our standard returns period has been extended to 12th January 2025; so you can purchase with confidence this Christmas season!

Fast Times Online Return Policy

Items purchased online can be returned for an exchange or refund; including sale items. All goods must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached and returned to Fast Times within 14 days of receiving your order. You must also include the invoice for proof of purchase. Refunds will be processed in the same payment method as the original purchase. 

 

Fast Times In Store Return Policy

All goods must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached and returned to Fast Times within 14 days of purchase. You must provide your receipt as proof of purchase. Full priced items can be returned for exchange or refund, sale items can only be returned for exchange.

 

Returning Online Purchases In Store

Please note, for online orders refunds can only be processed by our online team and cannot be made in store. Please download a returns form and post your goods back to us for a refund.

Exchanges can be made in-store or by posting your goods back to us.

 

Cost of Returns 

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods intended for a refund or exchange. We suggest that you send your goods using a tracked method of postage to ensure the goods reach us safely. We cannot process a refund or exchanges until the goods have arrived at our head office.

Faulty or Incorrect Items 

In the unlikely event that your item is incorrect or faulty please get in touch with us via email info@fasttimes.com.au. Include your order number, a photo of the fault or incorrect item and a clear photo of the item barcode; we’ll sort this out for you as soon as possible.

 

Afterpay Returns

Afterpay orders are eligible for an exchange in-store (for the same or greater product value) or refund by our head office only. Afterpay orders will not be eligible for a refund in-store. Afterpay returns are subject to Fast Times returns policy. 

You will be notified by Afterpay via email when your refund has been processed and all future payments for that order will be cancelled. Payments you have already made through Afterpay will be refunded to your original payment method ie. your nominated credit or debit card. Refunds are processed immediately by Afterpay once they are notified by Fast Times, please allow up to 10 business days for the amount to show in your bank account.

 

Paypal Returns

Paypal orders are eligible for an exchange in-store (for the same or greater product value) or refund by our head office only. If you would like a refund for your online order and you have paid via Paypal you will need to download a returns form and return the item to Fast Times Head Office for the online team to process your refund. Refunds are processed immediately by Paypal once they are notified by Fast Times, please allow up to 5 business days for the amount to show in your bank account. 


Special Releases

Fast Times will not issue refunds to successful raffle entrants due to a simple change of mind. Raffle entrants are only entitled to a refund or replacement if an item has a major problem covered by consumer guarantees.
